Hanoi, July 9, 2026 – GAC Vietnam today officially unveiled the GS3 EMZOOM 1.5T Premium R, a new-generation sporty & intelligent SUV designed for young, dynamic customers who embrace technology and value an engaging driving experience. Featuring sporty styling, impressive performance, and a comprehensive suite of advanced safety and convenience technologies, the GS3 EMZOOM is set to become the most sporty B-SUV in Vietnam. 

Inspired by the unstoppable momentum of a new generation, the GS3 EMZOOM was developed around the brand philosophy of “Zoom into style”, where every journey is more than simply getting from one destination to another, but an expression of individuality, lifestyle, and the joy of driving.

Sporty Design That Stands Out from Every Angle

The GS3 EMZOOM adopts Star Diamond Shadow design concept, characterized by sharp sculpted lines, sporty proportions, and aerodynamic styling elements that create a bold, modern and distinctive appearance.

Its striking front fascia features the signature LED Laser Eye split-headlamp design paired with a bold front grille. Details such as electronically operated flush door handles, a sporty rear spoiler, and full LED taillights not only enhance the vehicle’s visual appeal but also contribute to improved aerodynamic efficiency.

The vehicle rides on 18-inch alloy wheels equipped with a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), delivering an ideal balance between sporty styling and driving stability.

The GS3 EMZOOM is available in three exterior colors: Graphite Grey, Frost White and Asphalt Black, complemented by a stylish Black/Blue dual-tone interior that reflects a youthful and contemporary character.

Powerful Performance That Defines “Zoom into Style”

Powering the GS3 EMZOOM is a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline direct injection (1.5TGDi) engine, paired with a 7-speed Wet Dual-Clutch Transmission (7WDCT).

The powertrain delivers 174 horsepower and 270 Nm of torque, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 8.0 seconds. Responsive throttle input, seamless gear changes, and strong acceleration provide an exciting driving experience, whether navigating city streets or embarking on longer journeys.

Despite its impressive performance, the GS3 EMZOOM achieves a combined fuel consumption of just 5.9 liters per 100 kilometers (NEDC), striking an excellent balance between sporty driving dynamics and everyday efficiency.

Built on the GAC Mega Chassis platform, the GS3 EMZOOM benefits from enhanced body rigidity, improved handling, and greater high-speed stability. Drivers can tailor the driving experience through four selectable drive modes: ECO, COMFORT, SPORT and SPORT+, allowing the vehicle to adapt effortlessly to different road conditions and driving preferences.

A Modern Cabin Designed Around the Driver

The GS3 EMZOOM’s interior has been thoughtfully designed with a driver-centric philosophy, offering a spacious, comfortable, and technology-focused environment.

The cabin features a 7-inch LCD digital instrument cluster alongside a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment display with seamless Apple CarPlay and Android Phone integration for intuitive connectivity.

Premium features include a crystal-style electronic gear selector, a 6-speaker DTS premium audio system, wireless smartphone charging, automatic climate control with a PM1.0 cabin air filter, rear air vents and a panoramic sunroof, ensuring exceptional comfort for every occupant.

Featuring a full-flat rear floor, rear occupants are treated to C-SUV levels of spaciousness and comfort. With rear seats folded, the luggage compartment expands to a maximum capacity of 1,271 liters, providing excellent practicality for both daily commuting and family travel.

Comprehensive Safety with Level 2 ADAS

The GS3 EMZOOM comes equipped with a comprehensive Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), incorporating a wide range of intelligent safety technologies, including:

• Integrated Cruise Assist (ICA)
• Forward Collision Warning (FCW)
• Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB)
• Lane Departure Warning (LDW)

Additional safety features include a 360-degree Cameras with 3D view and multi-view capabilities, Fully Automatic Parking Assist (FAPA), six airbags and an extensive range of active and passive safety systems, providing greater confidence and peace of mind on every journey.

The facility has also been awarded the Conformity of Production (COP) certification by the Vietnam Register (VR), demonstrating full compliance with Vietnam’s stringent quality and production requirements for imported vehicles.
